Phillipa Heyman is a web designer who has been designing websites for businesses and non profit organizations since 1999. She received her training at the New School as well as Parsons School of Design in New York City where she specialized in web design and online marketing. She also worked for 2 years as a project manager at Yard Interactive, a premiere web design company, where she was involved in every aspect of creating websites from inception to completion. This included participating in initial scoping meetings, designing web plans, managing resources, supervising the production process, quality assurance, and client interfacing. She is currently working with a web-based online educational service which uses state-of-the-art technology to deliver learning resources and tutoring online. Phillipa's approach has always been a personal one. Having worked as a project manager as well as a designer, Phillipa understands the bigger picture of web design. She will help you register your domain name, set up your web hosting account, develop online marketing ideas, design custom logos as well as submit your site to search engines.
